History Rich

Clark County is rich in history, with over 20 sites listed on the National Register of Historic Places. One of Southwest Arkansas' premier bed and breakfasts is the Captain Henderson House.

This 9000 square foot historic home is being restored with assistance from Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Council and private donations. The first floor is used for receptions, formal meals, and select meetings. The second floor provides University guests with appropriate accommodations and is available as a Bed and Breakfast to other visitors.
