The Donald W. Reynolds Science Center PlanetariumThe Donald W. Reynolds Science Center Planetarium, located in the Reynolds Science Building on the South lawn of Henderson State University in Arkadelphia , is considered to be Arkansas finest planetarium. With seating capacity for 45 people, it contains a state-of-the-art Ziess ZKP-3 planetarium projector, producing over 9000 stars and reproducing the night sky with the finest accuracy technology will allow. In addition, it has the best multi-media capabilities of any planetarium within a 5 state region. The Donald W. Reynolds Science Center Planetarium shows the newest planetarium productions currently availabile every middle of the month on weekends, with special shows as advertised. In addition, the Donald W. Reynolds Science Center Planetarium also offers cub scout and boy scout badge workshops on astronomy, rocketry and earth science.
