Arkadelphia's crime rate is so low, it's practically not a rate at all. This is a town where personal property stays where you leave it, where kids play freely outside without a thought, and where locked doors may just be a habit. The police department, in cooperation with the schools, will be starting drug awareness education--not because there are problems, but to deter them from starting.
